Software Architectural Design

Definition of the Software Architecture and identification of the software element and their interfaces. Allocation of the Software Requirements to the corresponding software elements. Creation of the bidirectional links to the Software Detailed Design.

Software Detailed Design

Development of a detailed design dedicated to each software unit including its interfaces. Definition of the dynamic behavior for each software unit and establishing the bidirectional links to the corresponding software source code.

Process Implementation

Quality Assurance, Verification

Conformance of work products, processes and activities with relevant requirements is verified, documented, and communicated to the relevant parties. Confirm that each work product of a process or project properly reflects the specified requirements.

Joint Review, Documentation

Maintain a common understanding with the stakeholders of the progress against the objectives of the agreement and what should be done to help ensure development of a product that satisfies the stakeholders and fulfills the project requirements. Documentation is developed and made available in accordance with identified standards and defined criteria.

Configuration, Problem Resolution and Change Request Management

Establish and maintain the integrity of all work products of a process or project and make them available to concerned parties. ensure that problems are identified, analyzed, managed and controlled to resolution. Ensure that change requests are managed, tracked and implemented.
